How much does foundation crack repair cost?
The price depends on the job: how many cracks, and whether we repair from the inside or the outside. The estimate visit is free, with no deposit: book it online in 30 seconds.
Do you have to dig to repair a crack?
Not always. If the crack is visible from inside, we can inject it with polyurethane from the inside, without excavation. When the outside is accessible, we excavate, inject the crack, install a steel plate and spray polyurea over the repaired area.
Is a small crack serious?
An untreated crack spreads over time: water that gets in freezes and widens it every season. It lets in water, moisture and insects, and can weaken the foundation over time.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, in writing. Polyurethane injection repairs are guaranteed against water infiltration: if a repaired crack leaks again, we fix it at no charge. The warranty stays with the house if you sell it.
